To be successful in this role you must have:

– Worked in a customer service environment/Call centre experience is desirable
– Experience with/and basic knowledge of banking products and services
– Ability to multi-task/time management skills
– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
– Exceptional customer service
– Strong Administrative experience; intermediate computing skills – in particular word processing
– Excellent attention to detail

Follow-up various Lending matters
Prepare Credit Committee/Board Minutes for recommendation of submissions outside the H-C & FS discretions
Advise decision made by HO/CCM/Board to the relevant unit via e-mail
Complete final check/complete/amend Executive Summary & Prepare FSS with conditions for CA to enable Loan documentation
Act as a Liaison point for enquires relating to Loan submissions/Increases/Variations/other Lending matters

The desired candidate will have strong traits in the following areas:

Previous Delegated Credit Limit (DLA) of at least $1M is preferable
Exposure to complex credit scenarios such as Trust, Business, and Foreign Income applications
Ability to make credit decision based on available information
Professional oral and written communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
Able to negotiate/communicate effectively
Determination to achieve high performance and a wiliness to exceed objectives
Working knowledge of standard mortgages processes

Within this highly strategic transformational role you play a key role in helping to bed down an existing team and help to drive the future direction of the wider team and recruit these additional resources in the future.
