The role of a Private client Administration Manager (Home Loans Administrator) is a key role in this team and in order to provide the service to our Finance (loan) Specialist you will need to have:

– Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a bank or mortgage broker

– High attention to detail

– Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to relay complex information in an easy to understand manner

– Ability to meet compliance and business guidelines

– Demonstrated ability to successfully manager customer enquiries with high customer satisfaction

– Strong computer skills and the desire and ability to learn new systems

– Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with internal and external customers and maintain agreed productivity benchmarks to support the team to attain optimal turnaround times.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Support and monitor placements ensuring carers participate in case planning process
Participate in on call roster as required

Skills & Experience

Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or Human Services preferred Certificate III Community Welfare, Disability or similar
Experience within casework practice for children and young people
Experience working with children and young people in out of home care and Foster carers
Experience developing quality case plans or individual plans
Demonstrated experience working autonomously with multiple clients simultaneously
Experience working with individuals, families or groups from a culturally appropriate perspective
High level communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation and mediation skills
Current unrestricted driver licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).

Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager – $25M fuel project

Established over 30 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, health/agecare and retail sectors are expanding their operation in Brisbane and are becoming one of the busier tier 2 builders in QLD.

Due to a successful tender in their newly created fuel division they are seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to join the business to help deliver a $25M complex Service Station project located in Ballina.

They have a fantastic reputation in the QLD market and are a dominant force in building projects of a value of anything up to $80M but their bread and butter are projects around the $20M to $30M mark.

You will be predominately site based but early on into the project you will have to spend a couple of days per week in their head office in Brisbane working with the Operations Manager with Design. This is a technical project so someone who has worked with hospitals/shopping centres where there are services involved would suit this project.

The person they are looking for is either at that Project Management level or a Senior Project Engineer who can work on a job of this size. You will have strong support from above as the Operations Manager is very experienced in this field.

To be considered for this role of Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager you will have:
