How to get this role

– Experience implementing best CI/CD practices
– Experience working in an agile environment and leading Scrum teams
– Proven experience in building, developing and leading high performing teams
– Have a passion for technology and be an excellent communicator
– Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organisational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods

Tech / Team Lead experience is beneficial – but we are happy to consider a Senior or Lead Developer who has experience working in a similar tech environment and can jump in, tackle and lead new projects (end to end).

To be successful you must be creative, innovative, love everything web and mobile, be able to adapt, change, prototype and work closely with others team members (Developers, UX Designers etc). Independence is also key in the early stages of this role as you will be going in as their lead developer and taking control of all new projects. You will be given the opportunity to hire other developers, delegate tasks and mentor juniors. You may also be responsible for meeting stakeholders so excellent communication skills are a must.

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Mobile, Responsive Design are also must haves. Any experience with AngularJS or ReactJS (or similar) is beneficial but not crucial. There is currently no dedicated framework so you can essentially make this decision and decide what is best for future projects.
